To me Harry Robinson is one of the finest British arrangers ever. The Cloud 9 tunes were frequently played by radio stations in the mid 70s. This double exposure starts off with Riverside's Moody and Magnificient Sound of Robinson 1962, supposably his first appearence in the 60s on the US market.
This post was only made possible with the help of our friend VinylRoom who recently published the Cloud9 Studio-2 record from 1972. With kind regards to VR.
